TRX group fitness

TRX is a suspension based work out, using only your body weight for a full body and core activating session! "Push, Pull, Plank, Rotate, Hinge, Lunge, and Squat" your way through a comprehensive class that burns fat, builds strength, and challenges your cardiovascular system. TRX is for all fitness levels and instructed by qualified therapists that will guide you through safe and effective movements. We offer TRX only group classes as well as TRX infused classes. We bring the class to YOU or you can catch one of our "pop up" classes!


1:1 or 2:1 Personal Training

Individualized personal training that is instructed, supervised, and progressed by a Physical Therapist to help you achieve personal goals and keep you performing at your maximal levels. Injury prevention and treatment incorporated into all training sessions. Programs designed for all ages and include: sports specific programs, programs to manage and prevent chronic diseases, fall prevention and balance programs, and programs to meet your individual needs and goals. Get the training and the results you desire without having to leave your home or come visit us in our studio!
